Help curate podcast episodes and live debate panels from the best-rated opinion contributors on the platform.

Track engagement metrics, subscriber growth, and content performance using the intern analytics dashboard.

Platform Orientation & Training
Get access to the SHIP dashboard, complete the AI tools training module, and shadow a senior intern.
Month 2–3 · Core Work
Live Moderation & Distribution
Review real submissions, publish approved opinions, and contribute to daily news bundles under mentor guidance.
Month 4–5 · Specialisation
Podcast, Debates & Analytics
Choose your specialisation — Podcast Curation, Debate Management, or Subscriber Analytics — and own it.
Month 6 · Graduation
Certification & Portfolio Showcase
Present your work to the Shout Here editorial board, receive your SHIP certificate, and get listed on our alumni network.

✅ Who Can Apply?

We welcome passionate communicators from any background

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Media Studies
  • Students from English Literature, Political Science, Sociology, or related humanities fields
  • Final-year students or fresh graduates (within 2 years of graduation)
  • Comfortable writing in English or Hindi — bilingual candidates preferred
  • Basic internet and smartphone proficiency; video watching/reviewing ability
  • Available for 4–6 hours/day (part-time, remote, flexible schedule)
  • Passionate about news, public discourse, and digital media
  • No prior experience required — we train you from scratch!
💡 Open to all cities across India. We especially encourage applicants from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities to represent regional voices on the platform.
